Part Time Finance Administrator, Temp to Perm, Thornbury

Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of school in Thornbury. The role is a Part Time Financial Administrator on a Temporary contract moving to permanent.


The role is 24 hours over 4 days (Monday - Thursday) and starting immediately. There is parking available and fits around school hours.



Main duties include but are not limited to:



  • Process purchase orders including placing orders with suppliers

  • Match purchase invoices to completed order forms to ensure the invoice is correct

  • Follow up with suppliers by telephone and email where there is a query

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management Accounts with the Head of Finance

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll

  • Data entry on the Sage accountancy system and Excel

  • Take receipt of purchase invoices

  • Maintain all employee records both in hard copy format and on the School's online system
