Part Time Finance Administrator

Office Angels are recruiting for a Part Time Finance Administrator paying £11-£12per hour. The role will be working 25 hours a week and our client are flexible on days and start times.

The role will initially be temping to start with however will go permanent for the right candidate. The permanent salary will be £13.25-£13.50ph.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Purchase ledger: daily processing purchase invoices, credits & payments

  • Supplier management and payments

  • General Reporting - to the Finance Director

  • Sales ledger: raising sales invoices, statements - Holiday Cover

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Credit Control - Holiday Cover

  • Knowledge of stock control

  • Dealing with any financial queries

  • Budget and Cash Flow Monitoring/Forecasting

  • Weekly debtors, creditors, and cash flow forecasting

  • Preparation of monthly profit & loss balance sheets - For review by FD

  • Financial report management

  • Quarterly preparation and review of VAT return - Assist with data for submission

  • Year end preparation

  • Payroll

  • Liaising with the pensions provider and updating pension records including auto-enrolment and on-line reporting to HMRC
