This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for an experienced administrator with facilities or SAP experience to work with a global prestigious brand for two days per week. This is a temporary contract to work for one of the best employers and luxury brands in Scotland! Salary depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package. Working hours are negotiable and there is the potential for hybrid working.


You will take assist the facilities management team with administrative duties to support a variety of sites and operations on both growth and planned and unscheduled maintenance.


Duties include:



  • Assistance with the facilities maintenance program across a variety of sites

  • Administrative support on new projects including new building projects

  • Communication with internal stakeholders

  • Have great attention to detail ensuring the smooth running of the project from an administration perspective

  • Processing of invoices and purchase orders


Skills and Desirable Experience required:



  • Expertise in Facilities and Estates or SAP (must have one or the other)

  • Proven project management experience

  • Strong communication skills and a team player

  • Excellent team player

  • Strong communications skills

  • Self-motivated and highest professionalism
