We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join an electrical testing company based locally in Nursling. You will be working as part of a busy team to schedule appointments and the current customer base.
Start date: Immediate
Working hours: 28 hours per week
Company benefits: Bonus based on performance, company pension, 22 days annual leave + BH, free parking
Salary: £12.50 per hour
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
� Making outbound calls to prospect and existing customers
� Updating and growing the customer database
� Providing outstanding customer service and assisting with enquiries
� Scheduling appointments for the team
� Advising customers on products
We'd love to speak to candidates who have/are:
� Previous experience of providing fantastic customer service
� Confident user of Microsoft office suite & CRM systems
� Excellent communication and organisation skills
� Ability to work to deadlines
� Highly proactive and able to use your own initiative
