We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join an electrical testing company based locally in Nursling. You will be working as part of a busy team to schedule appointments and the current customer base.


Start date: Immediate


Working hours: 28 hours per week


Company benefits: Bonus based on performance, company pension, 22 days annual leave + BH, free parking


Salary: £12.50 per hour


The day to day duties in your new job would be:


Making outbound calls to prospect and existing customers


Updating and growing the customer database


Providing outstanding customer service and assisting with enquiries


Scheduling appointments for the team


Advising customers on products



We'd love to speak to candidates who have/are:


Previous experience of providing fantastic customer service


Confident user of Microsoft office suite & CRM systems


Excellent communication and organisation skills


Ability to work to deadlines


Highly proactive and able to use your own initiative
