Are you a passionate and customer-focused individual looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic and supportive team? Our client, a well-established company based in Poole, is currently seeking a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a permanent role offering an hourly rate ranging from £12.45 to £13.49 per hour.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service is provided to customers at all times. Your main responsibilities will include:



  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Providing accurate information and guidance on products and services to meet customer needs.

  • Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.

  • Collaborating with various departments, such as Sales and Logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Documenting and updating customer interactions in the internal CRM system.


To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a friendly and approachable demeanour. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, would be advantageous.
