We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a leading Construction company based in Three Legged Cross.
This role offers a quarterly bonus based on performance, a flexible and sociable working environment, free parking & free snacks! Working hours are 9am -3pm, Monday to Friday with flexibility.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
· Being the main point of contact for customer enquiries
· Raising purchase orders on the bespoke system
· Building excellent relationships with stakeholders
· Tracking orders and ensuring deliveries are on time
· Inputting invoices onto the bespoke system
· Keeping an accurate record of purchases
· Providing a high level of administrative support to the Procurement team
We'd love to speak to candidates who have/are:
- Previous experience of working for a construction company
- Understanding of purchasing
- Confident Microsoft office skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Able to use their own initiative
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
