Guildford -Central


£13-15per hour


Hours: Monday-Friday (9am -2:30pm)


An exciting opportunity to join a global business in Guildford!


My client is looking for a confident part-time administrator to join and provide support to the finance and client services teams.


The role will be split between Client Support & Finance Administration:


Client Support:



  • To provide full administrative support to the team

  • Onboarding of clients on to our systems including carrying out AML checks

  • Maintaining and reviewing clients online accounts with HMRC

  • Preparing standard HMRC letters

  • Packaging and uploading of tax returns and any other documents to client portals

  • Printing returns and preparing letters/packaging

  • New client set up


Finance Administration:



  • Raising and issuing invoices/estimates and retainers to client

  • Inputting external adviser/supplier invoices

  • Chasing client payments and issuing statements

  • Calling clients and assisting with payment instructions

  • Depositing client payments into bank

  • Maintaining/updating client/supplier detaiils


Skills/ Qualifications:



  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in using Xero or similar accounting software

  • Prior experience in tax compliance support or a similar role (desirable)
