Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the legal industry, are looking to recruit a Part-time Caretaker/ Filing Clerk. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.


The day to day duties in your new job will be….



  • Dealing with ad-hoc maintenance of an office building

  • Dealing with contractors visiting the site

  • Health & Safety checks and tests

  • General odd jobs around the office including sorting confidential waste sacks and paper, keeping stock of supplies etc.

  • Managing the archiving and retrieving of paper files between the office and an external storage site



The hours are between 08:30 and 12:30 Monday - Friday and the salary is £11,500pa.
