Part Time Administrator

Office Angels are supporting a top Legal firm who are recruiting for a part time Administrator to join their business. This role is a job share so overtime would be required during holiday periods.

14 hours per week - working Monday & Tuesday


Sheffield - office based (Covid secure measure in place)



Duties will include:



  • Collecting DX

  • Dealing with post and DX

  • Scanning of incoming mail

  • Printing of outgoing post & DX

  • External hand deliveries

  • Internal deliveries and collections including stationery requests and distribution

  • Catering requirements

  • Housekeeping of post area and meeting rooms

  • Dealing with confidential waste

  • Support and visitors during reception lunch periods

  • Photocopying

  • Managing deed receipts


Requirements:



  • Experience working within a post room would be a distinct advantage

  • Previous Administration or Reception experience

  • Strong IT skills including Outlook & Word

  • Ability to provide excellent levels of customer service and be able to provide support to clients either face to face or on the phone

  • Must be able to work full time during holiday periods
