Job Title: Part-time Administrator *Rural Location + quiet office*

Location: Near Charing (Office based)

Salary: £12phr - £13phr £13,224 - £14,326pa

Hours: May-September, Monday-Thursday, 11am-3pm or 12pm-4pm

October-April, Monday-Friday, 11am-4pm or 12pm-5pm

Culture: A friendly office with a team of 4, rural location, your own transport is required due to the location of the business.

Your key responsibilities would be:

  • Answering the telephone and transferring calls/taking orders over the phone/stock enquiries

  • Entering orders onto the in house database

  • Raising invoices

  • Raising certificates

  • Adding stock

  • Filing

  • Running stock reports as needed

  • Exporting invoices to Sage

  • Entering supplier invoices onto Sage

  • Logging certificates onto an Excel spreadsheet/manually logging

  • Producing labels for certificates

  • Ordering stationery

Skills and experience required:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office

  • Experience working within an Admin support position

  • Excellent attention to detail skills
