Our client is a food and beverage company looking for a part time administrator to join their team in Park Royal. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills with the ability to use their own initiative.

Role: Part Time Administrator

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 3pm-6pm

SALARY: £12.00 per hour

LOCATION: Park Royal, London

Duration: 8-12 Weeks

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls if required

  • Dealing with enquiries and complaints by providing appropriate solutions

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Logging complaints onto an excel spreadsheet

  • General offer management such as taking down the snack orders

  • Providing administrative support to the team such as printing and filling


  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in an office-based role

  • Good computer and Microsoft office skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • A good phone manor and customer service skills
