Part Time Administrator - Charity

Office Angels are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join a small friendly Charity based in East London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a great team and for an organisation who transform peoples lives.


JOB ROLE: Part Time Administrator


JOB TYPE: Temporary, Full Time


DURATION: 3 months on-going with the possibility of being extended


HOURS: Tuesday - Thursday, 12 hours per week (can be split across 2 or 3 days)


COMPANY TYPE: Charity


LOCATION: Aldgate East (Office based only)


PAY RATE: £12ph - £13ph


You will be required to maintain efficient administration for the business and provide office support to the team.


You will need to remain positive, professional and have empathy.


Jobs will include, but not limited to:



  • Managing incoming calls: Assisting members with routine requests, sending forms for assistance, updating details and general help.

  • General Administrative duties; filing, printing, scheduling meetings

  • Financial duties

  • Checking / downloading applications

  • Liaising with Charities

  • Data entry using Sales Force


Candidate:



  • Excellent administration experience

  • Punctual, organised & proactive

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent and enthusiastic telephone manner and communication skills at all levels

  • Can do approach

  • Able to work as part of a team and also in a standalone position

  • Be charitable/emphatic in nature
