Part Time Administrator
£25,000 - £28,000 pro rata
Braintree, Essex
Weekdays, 16-25 hours per week



My client, a friendly and stable business based in Braintree are currently seeking a Part Time Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team who could offer a long-term, rewarding career.



The purpose of this position is to control the intake/arrival of containers from suppliers worldwide into the external warehouses and get the correct product to the customer when requested.



Responsibilities & Duties:



  • Checking, querying & inputting of supplier invoices on to the system for payment

  • Manage the documentation of incoming stock with service providers

  • Ensure that stock rotation is correctly managed

  • Landing stock on the bespoke computer system when required

  • Invoicing customer orders & liaising with hauliers regarding deliveries

  • Working with the sales team to keep customers appraised of any delays with orders

  • Daily use of Excel



Competencies & Skills Required:



  • Previous experience within administration required

  • Attention to detail is absolute key to this role

  • Confidence in dealing with colleagues, customers & suppliers

  • Competent with Microsoft Office

  • An attitude to muck in during busy times
