Temporary Administration Assistant
£12.09 per hour
Bolton
21 hours a week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
8.45am-4.15pm
Start Date: 16th October - Ongoing role

Office Angels are partnering with a client within the Health Sector, the role is to support the established administration team in delivering an excellent service to the customers and patients. You must be able to manage your time effectively on several tasks to provide a high quality of administration support to the department.
Tasks will include but not be limited to;
- Dealing with patients on the phone/face-face
- Making appointments
- Checking department email system and responding in a timely manner
- Placing orders for a variety of products
- Liaising with suppliers on goods availability, chasing orders etc.
- Adding new referrals and creating data
- Booking in goods received from suppliers and matching against patient records
- Advising customers of goods ready for collection by phone/letter
- Maintain and control stock, equipment and materials
- Liaise with clinical staff
You must be proficient with Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel. You will have experience of using databases, working in an office environment and competent with dealing with telephone queries.
You will need to be organised, accurate, have an eye for detail and be able to use your own initiative. You will need to be calm, confident, able to work under pressure and be able to prioritise your own workload while working towards a common goal.
