Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am until 12:00 pm

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Office Angels are seeking to appoint a professional Part Time Administrator to provide support within an Multi-Academy Trust located in the Wolverhampton area. It's a fantastic opportunity to work within the Education Sector providing efficient administrative support whilst working in a busy and varied role.

The role offers a positive working environment with a team who are committed, supportive and hardworking. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with good communication skills the ability to work effectively as part of a support team. As the Administrator Assistant you will work closely in the school office and your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day general administrative tasks

  • Answering telephone calls

  • Sending email communication

  • Communicating messages to relevant departments

  • Ensuring that the morning registers of pupils are completed on time

  • Supporting colleagues and the wider administration team

Skills / Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience is essential

  • Experience of working in a school / education setting and good knowledge of school systems (Essential)

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including a 'Can-do' attitude.

  • High level of Word Processing and IT skills (Excel, Power point, Office, etc)

  • The ability to work under pressure, including maintaining a positive attitude, in a demanding and busy environment

  • Well organised and experienced in all aspects of administration

  • Monitoring and prioritising work in an effective and efficient manner

  • Flexible and supportive with the ability to work cohesively as a member of the administrative team

  • Able to take initiative and show maturity, tact and discretion bearing in mind the confidential or sensitive nature of the work undertaken

  • Enhanced DBS (processed via Office Angels)

  • Competent with using Bromcom systems (Desirable)
