We have a part time opportunity for an accounts clerk to work approximately 2 days a week for a friendly local client

It is to start asap on an ongoing basis, predominantly working from home ,with some visits to the office, when access to a vehicle would be needed

The role involves using an ERP system called Exchequer, knowledge of which would be helpful

Purchase ledger requirements

Downloading supplier invoices from supplier websites

Entering purchase invoices onto ledgers and saving soft copies to the server

Setting up payment runs

Matching and converting goods received notes when supplier invoices received

Checking customer statements for missing/lost invoices

Bank tasks

Entering bank transactions (direct debits) onto ledgers

Using three bank currency bank accounts for suppliers

Shipping tasks

Entering stock adjustments from engineers build sheets

Assisting in the production of shipping documents such as manual packing on set templates
