JOB TITLE: Temporary Accounts Assistant (potential for temporary to permanent)


LOCATION: Hemel Hempstead


CO. TYPE: We have an amazing opportunity to work within an accounts team for this local prestigious company.


HOURS: 30 hours per week over 4 days. This role will be office based until probation is passed and then there is a possibiity to work 2 days from home and 2 days in the office.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Sole responsibility for purchase ledger, processing and payment of invoices

  • Credit control

  • Bank journals and reconciliations

  • Raising and reversing debit notes

  • Maintain balance sheets


We'd love to speak with candidates with:



  • Available immediately

  • Experience in maintaining accounts payable, sales ledger and general ledger ideally using SAP

  • Working knowledge of VAT
