JOB TITLE: PA/Office Support


SALARY: £24,000


BENEFITS: 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, rising by 1 day for each complete year of service up to 25 days, Discretionary Annual Bonus Scheme, Contributary Pension, Income Protection Insurance


LOCATION: Exeter

THE ROLE: This is a new and exciting role created to provide PA support to Directors on the Company's Executive Committee and to support the efficient running of the Exeter office.


Daily duties will include:



  • Taking minutes at meetings

  • Assist with the preparation of meetings including the collation and distribution of papers, organising lunches and refreshments with external catering providers, room booking, diary co-ordination etc

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

  • Managing diaries and organising appointments

  • Collating travel expenses and liaising with the Finance department for processing

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence


Office Support Duties:



  • "Meeting and greeting' visitors

  • Switchboard - answering telephone calls to office and dealing with general enquiries

  • Post - incoming and outgoing (including taking "Special Delivery" and "Signed For" items to the Post Office); couriering documents/boxes as required

  • Any other related administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Exeter office


Previous Experience Required:



  • Prior PA experience at Director level

  • Ability to work responsibly in dealing with confidential/sensitive information.

  • Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Polite and friendly manner

  • Good attention to detail and good organisational skills

  • Experience and ability with Microsoft applications

  • Accurate typing skills
