Our client is a renewable energy company looking for a PA to support join their team in South Kensington.

Role: PA/Office Manager



HOURS: 9am - 6pm



SALARY: £17 - £20 per hour



LOCATION: South Kensington



Duration: Temp to perm



CULTURE: Supportive team, busy and friendly.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





  • Organise meetings and tasks to optimise the CEO's and senior team's time

  • Maintain up to date schedules & calendars for internal and external meetings

  • Monitor and manage company mailboxes - Including enquiries inbox

  • Schedule virtual and in-person meetings for Senior Team ensuring the correct facilities are available

  • Travel Coordination - As and when required for the Senior Team

  • Documentation production - collate presentations, reports, minutes as and when required by the Senior Team

  • Be the first point of contact and manage all office related matters - reception queries, suppliers, facilities, cleaners, etc.

  • Ensure that office related stock is well maintained

  • Work with the Technical Director on ensuring project costings on strategic projects and partnerships are accurately recorded

  • Coordinate the weekly and monthly submissions to Finance to ensure they are submitted on time.









PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES




  • Financial administration experience

  • Commercial awareness

  • Ability to handle confidential data with absolute discretion

  • Experience of making considered judgement calls independently

  • Excellent English (spoken and written)

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular MSWord, Excel, and Power Point

  • Experience in writing business communications

  • Excellent planning & execution skills
