PA/Office Manager

SALARY: £28,000 - £32,000 * Depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Full PA and Admin support to the CEO and wider team

  • Inbox management, diary management and meeting arrangements within the UK and also internationally dealing with various time zones

  • Finance and HR duties - handling invoices and team expenses etc.

  • Overseeing admin for new starters, HR queries, payroll notifications, pension etc.

  • Handling member databases, updating and managing databases and details

  • New membership application process

  • Liaison with Board Members and their Pas

  • General ad hoc admin duties to support CEO with other business involvements and non-exec tasks

  • Electronic filing and supporting with IT requests

  • Will be fully onboarded remotely; team has a group call every morning at 11am for updates and to get involved with team catch ups



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Well educated open to graduates or non-graduates

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar PA, office administration role

  • Highly organised with superior attention to detail

  • Conscientious and flexible, sociable and collaborative

  • Experienced with MS Office and web conferencing software

  • Looking for a second jobber who is looking for the next step in their career

  • MUST have experience with PA duties including diary management, handling time zones, supporting C-Suite level and admin for a team

  • Hard working, keen to muck in and get involved with the team

  • Ability to deal with all levels of management and seniority over members

  • Professional, well communicated both verbal and written
