PA with Reception and HR support to CEO
Blackfriars/Waterloo
Up to £30k depending on experience
9-5:30 Monday - Thursday 5pm finish on a Friday
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Dairy management and mailbox for CEO and CRO
- Meeting and greeting clients and staff
- Office management duties of the London office
- Extensive travel booking
- Producing, editing and formatting of presentations on PowerPoint
- Attending meeting and minute taking
- Team expense on excel
- Organising company event and conference
- Social committee
- Supporting the people team with HR tasks
- Covering other team members if needed
- Ad hoc for partners and directors
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Proactive approach to work and attention to detail
- Great a building relationships and a keen collaborator
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective multitasker
- Skilled at using Microsoft office
- Organisation to the highest level
