PA/Marketing Assistant - Amazing Commission +Fun Staff Events

We are working in partnership with a high-end, luxury Estate Agents in the heart of Belgravia who are looking for their next PA/Marketing Assistant.

This role is perfect for someone bright, driven and enthusiastic about property! You will be offered a generous commission scheme and be invited to attend regular staff events.

You will have the opportunity to visit some of the most extravagant properties in London and work with highly regarded individuals!

JOB TITLE: PA/Marketing Assistant

JOB TYPE: Permanent

SALARY: £21-22,500 basic salary per annum +commission (Approx. £30 -35,000 OTE)

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (5pm close every Friday!)

LOCATION: Victoria, London

The purpose of this role is to support the managing director with his daily duties to ensure the smooth-running of their professional office. Duties will vary widely from welcoming guests to updating property details. The main focus is on business support so administrative and organisational skills are essential.

  • Answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and directing calls

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner

  • Inbox & diary management

  • Updating in house system with property details, correct addresses, finding floor plans, property features etc.

  • Uploading photos and writing property descriptions ready for publishing

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Canvassing/ Marketing visits

  • Coordinating photographers, floorplanners and other third parties to ensure properties are made 'live'

  • Occasionally representing the managing director on property viewings

  • Restocking office essentials, tea, coffee, stationery, paper in printers,

Skills and Experience

  • You are confident and enthusiastic about property

  • Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills

  • Interest in/knowledge of social media marketing

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels

  • Personable and confident, able to build relationships with clients

  • Pro-active and takes initiative

  • Good command of the English language (verbal, written)

  • Well-spoken and well-presented
