HOURS: 09.00am - 17.00pm


START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period


SALARY: £50,000- £55,000 per annum


DURATION: 12-month FTC with potential to be extended!


LOCATION: City of London (walking distance from Monument station)

Our client is looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to join their dynamic, fast-paced team. This is an incredible opportunity for career path advancement in an innovative company.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Support the paid media manager with social media planning, buying, and optimisation across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat

  • Identify audience targeting strategies that net to incremental reach and sales volume

  • Support the execution of performance media buys including paid search across Google, Bing, Yahoo native and display properties

  • Working closely with the organic social team to drive engagement and utilisation across the company

  • Working closely with the creative team and global production agency to ensure assets and messages align to core brand values

  • Analyse, optimise, and report out on channel performance - proactively recommend modifications to existing strategy to maximise results

  • Drive a full funnel paid media approach that builds awareness of the brand while driving users to convert

  • Partner with E-commerce and CRM team members to ensure excellence across the entire customer journey and site-side experience

  • Establish clean testing frameworks to gauge success of emerging media formats/opportunities


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • A positive, flexible, and fun individual with the ability to hit the ground running

  • An effective communicator, who is sociable and bubbly with a great sense of humour

  • An individual who will thrive within a dynamic, diverse, collaborative, and creative culture

  • An outstanding individual with great attention to detail and strong negotiating skills, a strategic thinker and team player with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritise quickly

  • An analytical individual with the ability to look at data/numbers and observe trends and make recommendations

  • Minimum of 4 year's experience in a role either agency or client side with direct digital planning and buying

  • Experience in Facebook Business Manager and Google ad words is required

  • Working knowledge of insights and analytics tools, e.g., Looker, Heap, Google Analytics
