Salary: £35k - £40k

Location: Canterbury (Hybrid working is available, although the team all choose to be in the office where there's such a great energy)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours a week, core hours 10am- 3pm, our client is flexible with the hours you work

The role: As the Paid Media Specialist you're responsible for planning, managing and implementing campaigns across key paid channels.

Your key responsibilities as a Paid Media Specialist:

  • Responsible for the execution, performance and reporting of the paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Be the paid expert for the client on campaign performance and optimisation providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives

  • Working across departments to align campaign strategies and goals

  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders

  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs

  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media

  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting

  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

  • Strong knowledge of paid media channels including paid search, paid social and display, and are able to work in line with business objectives in order to maximise client budgets.

  • A team player, you'll be happy working closely with the wider team to come up with creative solutions to client problems and generate results.
