Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with our highly successful client who are looking for a PA to support at Board and Executive level based in Fife. Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits including hybrid working model. Standard office opening hours are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.


Role Overview


As a PA, you will be responsible for delivering full administrative support at an Executive level. As a PA, you will report to the Executive Chairman of the company, Chairman and Supervisory Board of Directors, positively impacting on their overall effectiveness, and ultimately assisting them in the delivery of their roles.


Duties include:



  • Provide first class support ensuring that the full Supervisory Board is thoroughly prepared across the whole remit of meetings and committees.

  • For the Chairman, President, and Non-executive directors this could involve a full range of administrative duties, diary management and planning responsibilities on behalf of the individuals the role is supporting.

  • Produce Board meeting and subcommittee meeting papers and minutes.

  • Proactively support, research, and provide solutions & answers to help with Chairman's active 'to do' lists.

  • Manage Executive Chairman work diary and integration with personal diary also and arranging appointments as required.

  • Assist with travel arrangements for Exec Chair, President and non-execs.

  • Collate diaries and manage events for Supervisory Board/Executive Chair/ President and Non-Execs

  • Take control of the internal appeal of the office building and contents including maintenance management and management of cleaner

  • Ensure all office supplies are maintained for example stationary, sundries etc.


Skills and Experience required:



  • Proven PA experience at board/SMT level

  • Excellent knowledge of MO365 Including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint

  • Experience of minute taking and preparation of board agendas and distribution of board papers

  • First class communication and relationship building skills
