Are you an experienced Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Whiskey Brokerage and have the opportunity to support with a variety or Administrative and PA duties

This is an exciting fast paced role which will require you to take trips to partnering distilleries and assist with the day to day running of the office.

Some of the duties involved:

  • Supporting upper management with personal and business-related tasks.

  • Providing diary coordination assistance for the wider team.

  • Travel arrangements for personal and business purposes.

  • Proofreading and sense checking documentation.

  • Facilitating meetings with external partners.

  • Office and Facilities Management, including maintenance, supplies, IT set up etc.

  • Liaising with both internal and external parties to arrange meetings, conferences, and team events.

  • HR Administration

  • Finance administration

About you:

  • Previous office administration experience ideally with experience in some PA/HR or Finance related duties

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to use your initiative

  • Be committed to an office based role
