JOB ROLE: PA / Office Manager


COMPANY: Boutique Real Estate


HOURS: 9:30am to 6pm


SALARY: 27k+ based on experience


LOCATION: West end, London



Office Administrator/Secretary/PA required to join a Property Real Estate company based in the West End of London on a full time permanent basis.



Previous work in the property industry is preferred



We are looking for a reliable, organised and trustworthy individual with excellent telephone etiquette to join as an office manager to provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure that the company's objectives are met in effective and efficient manner.


The ideal candidate will be someone who shows an attitude for career progression and development. The role itself will begin more as a PA/Secretarial role and progress to an office management role.


Job Role:
* Answer inbound enquiries, take messages
* Provide office support services so as to ensure efficiency
* Arranging purchases & deliveries
* Data entry into Excel including rents and petty cash
* Provide word-processing and clerical support
* Maintain common filing system and file all paperwork
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
* Clear communications skills
* Trustworthy, honest and reliable
* Highly organised and punctual
* Skilled in greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner
* Committed to providing exceptional customer service to clients and co workers
* Ability to handle difficult clients tactfully
* Professional writing and telephone skills


Previous and recent experience within secretarial, PA and/or administration background will be considered. We are looking to fill the role as soon as possible and offer excellent career progression for the right candidate.
