JOB TITLE: PA to 2 Directors


JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent


SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000


COMPANY TYPE: Premier Football Club, Commercial Office


HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm


LOCATION: London



Key responsibilities:



You are an essential part of the smooth running of the organisation, your main duties are:




  • Manage and maintain executive schedules for the 2 Directors

  • Prioritise meetings as necessary liaising with internal and many external stakeholders to ensure priorities and objectives are achieved

  • Be contactable out of hours / 7 days per week and respond accordingly

  • Arrange travel (hotel, flights, trains, ground transportation, visa's etc)

  • Liaise and assist with admin support, this may involve on occasion ad hoc personal matters

  • Deal with VIP/VVIPs queries as and when they arise in a professional manner at all times.

  • Ensure all match guests VIP/VVIPs have full information ahead of attending games.

  • Event management for VIP and staff events - Working with key departments (events/internal comms/catering /HR etc) to provide end to end support.

  • Support with adhoc high profile media events and requests (eg team restaurant bookings, partner events, general briefings/venue locations)

  • Provide induction support for new starters



About you:



  • At least 2 years' experience as a professional, not necessarily at Manager level.

  • Organised and systematic in approach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional approach

  • Flexible, helpful and adaptable; discrete when necessary

  • Good attention to detail

  • Self-starter, determined and committed; able to use initiative

  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • IT literate in MS office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
