JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant to x2 Directors
COMPANY: Real Estate
HOURS: Flexible hours between 08:00-18:00
START: Immediate start!!
SALARY: £30,000- £40,000

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a successful growing company supporting two Directors, to mould and structure a role and play an essential part of the business. Personality is key for this opportunity, it is an administrative role that is also heavily client facing, we are looking for someone to nurture the company's network of clients and partners, with natural charm and exceptional relationship building skills.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Effective and intelligent diary management

  • Arranging inbound and outbound meetings

  • Greeting visitors and providing refreshments

  • Meeting room preparation

  • Booking lunches and dinners

  • Administrative support such as transcribing, researching, occasional drafting of emails

  • Occasional personal tasks

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation, creating itineraries, booking flights etc as required

  • Ad hoc support when the Directors are short on time

  • Plan, execute and host events


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Must be able to communicate with a wide range of people at all levels

  • Ability to judge the priority of tasks and rearrange your to-do list accordingly

  • Good IT skills in email, spreadsheets and word processing

  • The ability to write clearly is essential

  • Previous professional office experience desirable
