Our client - a global property and estate agency brand - are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team in their brand new London Office!

Within this role, you will support the SVP of the brand and their leadership team with a variety of administrative tasks which may include maintaining all files, calendars, updating procedures, meeting coordination/arrangements, travel/logistical arrangements, onboarding new staff members, processing expense reports, manage, track and report metrics and provide other reports as requested.


This role will be based out of Holborn, Central London and you will need to be present in the office 3 days a week. As a personal assistant, you will be crucial to build the team culture and glue the team together.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.

  • Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements

  • Preparing real estate forms and documents when necessary

  • Assisting managing a team of 8 - 10 People

  • Work alongside current EA

  • Liaise on behalf of the Directors with other members of staff regarding meetings, correspondence and projects

  • Diary management, UK and internationally

  • Processing expenses and handling any administration with the business

  • Coordinating with clients and other staff in the business



Skills and Experience:



  • Previous track record of implementing management and managing a small team

  • Experience within property

  • MS Office Suite

  • Experience working as a PA/EA

  • Good rounded property knowledge

  • Methodical, accurate, logical and concise approach to work

  • Receptive to change

  • Positive, proactive and confident
