Responsibilities and duties


Organise and schedule meetings/diaries


Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings


Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, security and accommodation


Book all travel arrangements, including flights, transportation and accommodation


Maintain office correspondence, monitor emails, receive post, routine electronic/banking correspondence and maintaining social media presence


Answer phones where necessary


Organise media appearances and community events


Solve simple IT & web-site problems/updates and contact the IT department when necessary


Maintain electronic filing system, cyber security and ensuring processes and software are up to date and in working order


Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments


Liaise with other staff members on behalf of other companies/charities that Principles are associated with


Handle payroll, HR, and recruitment duties, including on-boarding new staff members and training new employees where necessary


Oversea basic maintenance contracts and service requirements for Principle's Home


Run errands for principles


Ensuring estate policies are always adhered to, updated and implemented
