Extremely successful, well-established and high-end property developer based near Aldgate is looking to recruit an experienced PA to support the Commercial Director

This is a great opportunity to work for a well-regarded and recognised developer in a fast-paced and varied PA role.

Key Duties:

  • Manage Commercial Directors diary and inbox

  • Monitor & record staff attendance, holiday, sickness, corporate hospitality etc.

  • Generate, issue and file general correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes, schedules, schedules etc.

  • Act as charity representative for the company, including frequently liaison with the current charity partner and following a strategic plan.

  • Organisation of a variety of events - supply chain, fundraising, staff parties etc.

  • Co-ordinate monthly commercial board updates and produce board slides.

  • Handle incoming department calls and answer reception overflow.

  • Cover reception lunch on a once weekly basis.

  • Complete monthly expense returns for the Commercial Director

  • Must be confident, responsible and possess a high degree of discretion with a professional approach as access to private and confidential information

All about you:

  • Previous solid experience as a PA in a corporate/commercial business
    * Extensive diary management experience
    * Be an excellent organiser
    * Be confident and have excellent communication skills

  • Be happy to be office based mon-fri and thrive working within a busy bustling office

  • Be available to start a 12 month contract mid-November
