12 month maternity contract



One of the UKs leading production companies working on award winning factual programmes is looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated EA to join their creative business.


The Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office as well as looking after the diaries of the companies CEO, CCO, Creative Director and Acting Head of Programmes.


You will have previous experience working in a television company as a PA/EA to senior level executives and should be a self-motivated, calm, approachable, reliable, discreet and flexible person able to work independently as well as part of a team.


Key duties:



  • Maintain constantly changing diaries; organise and schedule meetings and viewings with broadcasters and associated hospitality as appropriate

  • Act as a focal point of contact on behalf of the Executives

  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on any issues in a timely manner.

  • Arrange national and international travel bookings and schedules.

  • Arrange and coordinate all internal and external events including but not limited to TV Festivals, Markets, company parties and trips etc.

  • Maintain confidential records and files.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.

  • Reconcile monthly expenses and sign off invoices

  • Help maintain all office and administrative systems

  • Manage two office assistants, ensuring that the office and systems run smoothly on a day-to-day basis, as well as overseeing that all new starters and leavers are handled efficiently.


All about you:



  • Previous experience working in the television industry

  • Excellent diary management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Discreet and trustworthy

  • Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Strong decision-making ability

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
