Based in Shepperton, Middlesex
Salary depending on experience up to £34,000 + company benefits

Are you an experienced PA or Legal Secretary who has worked for solicitor or legal firms in the past? If you have the relevant knowledge and skill set, this could be the perfect next step in your career! A famous and established law firm of solicitors with national offices has an exciting new role available for a PA/Legal Secretary, located at their Shepperton branch situated in a lovely location. The role will be a key PA / Legal Secretary support function to the Managing Partner.

To be considered for the role you must have the following previous experience:

* A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar PA or Legal Secretarial role with an understanding of Family Law.
* Ideally experience of Proclaim case management system.
* Experience in dealing with private family matters in particular divorce and financial remedy.
* Excellent telephone skills.
* Having good interpersonal and communication skills.

Main role & responsibilities include:

* Preparing correspondence and documents using audio typing, word processing and/or digital dictation method.
Prepare mail and enclosure for dispatch .
* Conduct copying, scanning and filling, both electronically and manually including use of Adobe Pro.
* Making appointments, arrange meetings and maintain up-to-date Outlook diary for the Managing Partner.
* Attend clients in both person and on the telephone to provide communication in a professional and friendly manner.
* Assist with Business needs on behalf of the Managing Partner and partnership documentation.
