Our client is looking for Personal Assistant, with experience of working within a similar role and will be responsible for providing PA support to senior leadership team and will have the pleasure of working within a high profile organisation, diverse team, busy environment. Experience in managing conflicting diaries, working with senior stakeholders and enjoys working within a fast-paced office environment

JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Temporary

SALARY: £13.50 Per hour - £17.50 Per Hour

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

LOCATION: Canary Wharf


  • Proactive management of Director and Deputy Director diaries, effectively dealing with diary clashes and attending diary meetings to understand the priorities.

  • Work collaboratively with teams across the Directorate to provide a wide range of logistical and administrative support.

  • Deal with all incoming emails, correspondence, letters, briefing papers and flag urgent items.

  • Arrange all travel and process expenses.

  • Work collaboratively with other PAs across the Directorate, providing cover for your directorate's PAs and Senior PA where required.

  • Manage the diaries of the senior leaders you support, ensuring their time is well spent and managed efficiently.

  • Prioritise, monitor, and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.

  • Prepare accurate and relevant materials for meetings including itineraries and meeting packs.

  • Assist with the coordination and logistical arrangements for hosting large stakeholder meetings and events and escorting guests as required.

  • Manage all travel and expenses claims on behalf of the senior leaders you support.

  • Provide cover for other PAs within the Directorate as requested.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven record of providing effective PA support to Director, Deputy Director level or equivalent.

  • Demonstration of complex diary management, events co-ordination and travel arrangements.

  • Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to identify priorities in workload.

  • Good interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to communicate with staff and industry contacts at all levels.

  • Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Demonstratable ability to work as part of a team.

  • Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook.
