Hours: 08:30 -17:30, Monday to Friday (Office Based)

Type: Permanent position

The company we're recruiting for are a growing financial business who are looking for an experienced and energetic PA and Office Manager to join their newly refurbished office in Leeds city centre. You'll primarily provide PA support whilst also ensuring this office (and a soon to open office) run smoothly and are fully equipped.

The nature of this business and the work you'll be involved in means your attention to detail must be second to none whether it be checking data, grammar or formatting.

With a great location and lots to be involved in, this is perfect for any PA within a fast paced business to grow with a business.

Let's be honest, as a seasoned PA you already know what's involved in this role, but here's a little summary for you:

  • Intensive Diary and Time Management including booking all travel and creating itineraries

  • Write all correspondence, both letters, emails and board packs

  • Meet and great all clients to the office

  • Take detailed minutes from meetings

  • Creating and formatting presentations for tenders and briefs

  • Ensuring all equipment and onboarding forms are ready for new starters

  • Implementing new administration processes to remain efficient

  • Organising and attending events as required

Skills/experience required for this position:

  • Experience in an EA/PA role where you have balanced multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Confidence to be able to manage own workload efficiently
