Order Processor

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Order Processor based in Ascot on a temporary to permanent basis.

Role: Order Processor

Location: Ascot

Hourly Rate: £11.50 - £12.00ph

Days required: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

This role is office based

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Processing and checking customer's orders via email, EDI, telephone, and fax.

  • Inbound/outbound telephone communications and dealing with customer enquiries.

  • Process delivery notes for the orders packed.

  • Raise invoices for orders shipped, send by email or post.

  • Customer Complaints

  • Customer Enquiries

  • General Admin support to Customer Services team, including but not limited to filing, scanning & archiving

  • Reviewing, updating and maintaining product information., including weights, dimensions, bar codes etc. (full training will be provided)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Computer literacy essential.

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Experience with an accounts system

  • To be customer focused and deal with order processing

  • Excellent administration skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

  • Positive Attitude
