Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with an exciting market leader in corporate clothing to recruit for a customer service assistant. The role is perfect for someone who has a proven track working in a similar role with order processing and invoicing experience. Office hours 9am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday, salary up to £23,000 depending on experience.

Role Overview

This well-established company is looking for a customer service assistant to assist with daily order processing, invoicing, and answering customer enquiries.

Main responsibilities:

  • Operating the Customer Services daily functions including order processing and invoicing

  • Answering daily queries from our customers

  • Booking delivery slots into our customers warehouse facilities.

  • Organising daily transportation

  • Support for Customer Services and Finance.

  • General filing

Experience and Attributes required:

  • Self-motivated, Strong communicator

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong computer skills, strong knowledge of Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong numeracy skill

  • Previous experience of stock management, multi-SKU's desirable.

  • Preferred experience of Windows "Navision" software desirable.
