Operations Support Administrator

Office Angels currently have a great opportunity for an Operations Support Administrator, to join our client who are based in South Shields. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established company, who are going through an exciting time of growth and expansion.


This is a temporary to permanent position, starting on a temporary basis, with the view of progressing into a permanent contract following a short period.

  • Hours: 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday

  • Salary: Circa £21'000, negotiable depending on experience


As Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational support, working across varied systems and databases. If you are super organised and have a keen interest in health & safety and compliance/auditing, then this is the role you have been waiting for. Previous experience within Administration is essential, however my client will provide full training on internal processes and auditing procedures.



  • Process and submit paperwork, working to deadlines

  • Input and collate data into Excel, internal systems and iCloud

  • Maintain electronic filing and records

  • Manage and update company databases

  • Keep track of inventory, ordering supplies and arranging deliveries

  • Manage the maintenance of office and facility equipment

  • Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed

  • Perform and documenting internal departmental and ISO audits (full training provided)

  • Liaise with and reporting to Senior Management to ensure compliance of requirements of ISO standards

  • Arrange medicals

  • Maintain and managing internal and external health and safety processes

  • Monitor, measure and report to Senior Management on compliance

  • Monitor and log all complaint and feedback received

  • Maintain documents, including reviewing and updating departmental documentation

  • General administrative tasks

  • Adhering to GDPR


Full training and induction will be provided for this role.
