JOB TITLE: Operations & Projects Assistant


LOCATION: Yeovil, Somerset
SALARY: Up to £30,000 PA DOE
HOURS: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Your Role:


You'll be supporting the delivery of projects, working closely with various departments to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. From managing documentation and timelines to liaising with suppliers and clients, your role will be central to the success of each project.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the coordination of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

  • Independently manage smaller-scale tasks such as product orders and maintenance requests

  • Prepare and issue quotes, purchase orders, and project documentation

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

  • Maintain accurate records of project costs and updates using internal systems

  • Monitor client feedback and help implement improvements where needed

  • Update project tracking tools and assist with reporting


What You'll Bring:



  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making
