🔍 The Role:


As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company's operational services. Working closely with the Directors, departmental teams, suppliers, and clients, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage project timelines, and deliver exceptional customer service. The office is conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from Imperial Wharf train station. Occasionally, site visits and client meetings may be required. A fast-paced role with a diverse workload.


📋 Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate with company departments and suppliers to deliver projects efficiently.
Assist in resolving operational issues as they arise.
Support subcontractors and suppliers when needed.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and update clients on project lead times.
Gather and provide feedback on client responses to management.
Undertake ad hoc tasks to support company growth.


🎯 Ideal Skills and Qualifications:


Educated to degree level.
At least 2 years of operational experience.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience as an Operations Manager.
Prior experience in construction or logistics is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.


💰 Remuneration:


Our client is offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, in addition to an annual performance bonus.
