Hours: Full time - 40 x hours per week to meet the needs of the business
Salary: £37,500 - £45,000

Job description:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen working for a successful company in the property sector to fill a very high profile role! The ideal candidate requires an excellent skills to run a set of highly professional service standards and a tailored software platform. An ability is required to deliver a service for check-in, check-out, damage reports and mid-term inspections that is accurate, convenient and fast. You will need to have proven management skills to manage an operational team consisting of 5-6 employees.

A very experienced Operations Manager is required for this role, with relevant experience to take accountability for delivering on site services and operational management.

You will manage the team as well as taking personal responsibility to schedule incoming bookings in multiple diaries to ensure that agreed KPI's and SLAs are met, delivering the service excellence which is at the cornerstone of our reputation. The Director board at this particular property company have major growth ambitions. If realised, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their role and therefore their income earning potential significantly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Schedule incoming jobs
* Manage/monitor workload and team to ensure delivery within agreed timescales.
* Monitor customer requirements and demands
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and implement accordingly
* Meet client and company expectations through management of KPIs and SLAs
* Recruit, train and motivate operational staff and create a culture of development from within
* Continuously seek to develop and improve quality standards/systems

Personal Attributes:

* A team player - but also able to work on own initiative
* Able to prioritise a busy workload
* Excellent geographical knowledge of London
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* IT Literate
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Have demonstrable relevant experience
* Have previous budget accountability including managing a team of employees
* Excellent personal management skills and strong motivational and team-building abilities
* Have a flexible approach to work
* Attention to detail

Job Type: Permanent (Contract will require working 1 Saturday in 3 with a weekday in lieu).
