Operations Executive - Global Textile Company

We are currently working with a Global Textile Company, who are currently seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join a growing team! They are a leader in design innovation, and produce high-performance, design textiles for both commercial and residential interiors. They work with some of the world's finest artists, designers, architects and manufacturing partners, which enables them to push the boundaries of textile design and innovation!


The ideal candidate will have bounds of experience being the ''go to'' person in the office, and will be a reliable team player with fantastic multitasking skills! If you are passionate about working within operations and have a strong ability to hit the ground running, this could be the perfect role for you to grow and develop professionally.

JOB TITLE: Operations Executive

HOURS:
9:00am - 17:30pm

SALARY:
£27,000 - £32,0000 per annum

Job Role;



  • To support the operations director with day to day duties with relation to Operations

  • Holistic operations support including logistic, HR, Facilities, H&S, Admin, Customer Service etc.

  • Providing daily support; creating reports, communicating updates with all team members, assisting with any projects

  • Supporting the operations team in creating an amazing workplace

  • Supporting with targets, finance, new offices etc

  • Assisting with HR queries for all employees

  • Plan strategy and ensure company goals are on track

  • Create a warm and welcoming office experience for internal and external visitors

  • Ensure Strategy goals are being delivered

  • Ensuring orders and replenishing office and facilities supplies when necessary are being delivered

  • All offices are health & safety compliant (including COVID safety )

  • Carrying out risk assessments for offices

  • Work with the Operations Team to create and manage internal comms

  • Support and lead branding and recognition of organisation

  • General office admin and being the go-to person for all thing in relation to admin!


Experience, knowledge and skills required



  • Holistic operations experience

  • Good understanding of H&S in the workplace

  • Degree relating to HR is desirable

  • Over 2 years' experience
