Operations Coordinator - Temp Role!

Our client is a membership organisation based in central London who are looking for organised, driven, and euthanasic candidate to join them on a 6-month contract. As an operations coordinator you will work with their members globally, speak to a variety of stakeholders, juggle webinars, and coordinate live remote events. You must be available immediately and have previous experience within an operations role.

JOB TITLE: Operations Coordinator - 6-month temp role


JOB TYPE: ASAP


SALARY: £12 - £15ph depending on experience


COMPANY TYPE: Membership Organisation


HOURS: 9:00am to 5:30pm


LOCATION: Remote working


THE ROLE:



  • Collaborate with existing members to deliver events and webinars for our branches globally. Producing agendas and coordinating logistics from initial concept to finished product, working on multiple sessions simultaneously.

  • Liaise with member hosts via frequent email and telephone contact to ensure the smooth running of the session.

  • Manage Branch Councils to assist in the development of the region's pipeline, including assistance on topics, event agendas and membership queries.

  • Produce marketing materials for each event including, invites, mailings, event collateral.

  • Coordinate speaker invitations to formalise agendas.

  • Coordinate presentations, forms, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation required

  • Travel to and represent the organisation, at events nationally and internationally, where appropriate.

  • Networking at internal and external events to develop relationships with industry contacts

  • Assist as and when required, with any other office duties which may arise
