Operations Co-ordinator


Up to £35,000 per annum


Mainly remote but all applicants must live in the Manchester area as travel will be required to the office for meetings


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading facilities management company and support two directors.


Duties in your new job would be:



  • Scheduling board and executive meetings

  • Assisting with HR tasks

  • Managing complex diaries

  • Ensuring onboarding processes are completed effectively for new starters

  • Working closely with Head Office departments

  • Prepare board reports and other management information

  • Organising corporate travel

  • Organising events and functions

  • General PA duties

  • Supporting with any other projects as and when required




We'd love to speak to candidates with:



  • Previous experience working as a PA/EA/OM or in operations at director level

  • Experience in, or willingness to learn, HR processes

  • Ability to work to demanding deadlines

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people

  • Excellent written presentation and communication skills
