JOB TITLE: Temporary Operations Coordinator- Global Luxury Brand

LOCATION: Leeds City Centre - Modern Offices + Home Working

SALARY: £10.50 - £11.50 per hour (plus Holiday pay + Office Angels benefits!)

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 08.30am - 5.30pm (May be some flexibility)

CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary: July 1st - January 31st, 2023

THE COMPANY: We have recently partnered again with a global luxury brand who are looking for a strong administrator to support the logistics team. We have received excellent feedback from our temps that have gone permanent in this company, and we believe that this company's vision of providing excellent customer service and encouraging the best in their employees will suit a driven candidate who loves working within data and admin!

THE ROLE: This fantastic company are looking to engage an experienced Logistics administrator/co-ordinator to support the UK operational logistics requirements, ensuring the smooth transfer of stock from the warehouse to various customers. You will be working with a supportive team leader, who will be on hand to encourage personal development and support you.

  • Take ownership of the UK order processes, ensuring all orders are entered on system to ensure that all agreed order turnarounds are met

  • Develop and complete all reporting and KPI monitoring in appropriate timescales

  • Review and report on the number of Units in Progress per month to enable an understanding of sales progress through the month

  • Monitor OTIF performance by Prolog, understand any reasons for failure and identify ways of eliminating issues


  • Data and administration focused, with a keen eye for detail

  • Demonstrable administration experience

  • Strong Microsoft skills, particularly excel

  • Prior ERP exposure, such as SAP is advantageous

  • Experience of dealing with logistics providers & ability to understand networks

  • Experience in e-commerce distribution would be ideal
