JOB ROLE: Operations Coordinator - GROWING company! - 6 weeks +!!
JOB TYPE: TEMPORARY / PERMANENT
COMPANY: A growing Umbrella Payroll Company
HOURS: 9:00am - 5:30pm
SALARY: £13 - £16 per hour DOE!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
* Supporting Office Manager with payroll and operations based administrative duties
* Timesheet data entry and quick import, also setting up timesheet data on pay statements
* Payroll inbox management
* Collating all old purchase invoices, expenses, receipts and sales invoices, saving into a new system
* Updating tax codes
* Assisting administratively with payroll processes and pensions
* Setting up payroll for internal staff
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
* Administrative experience in a payroll / operation setting
* Payroll experience essential
* Efficient individual who is switched-on and hardworking
* Excellent work ethic
* Fantastic communicator both verbally and written
* Positive, friendly and professional attitude
