JOB TITLE: Operations and HR Manager

COMPANY: Legal Firm

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: 9.00am - 5:30pm


SALARY: £40,000-£50,000

LOCATION: Central London

Providing the highest quality of administrative and organisational support as all their members are of a senior level and have specialist experience.


  • Administration tasks including, attending committee meetings, minuting, managing online library provider and compliance

  • Finance assistance, including preparation of budgets and maintaining records of expenditure and contractor invoicing

  • Maintain staff records, including contracts, attendance and holiday records including management of employee relations

  • Implement best practice on equality and diversity, including review of all policies and procedures

  • Manage client feedback and complaints process

  • Support with staff recruitment including developing job descriptions and working with recruitment partner to improve diversity

  • Digital & Social Media Marketing including working with the Marketing Committee managing and organising all seminars, webinars, events, website management and social media posts

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Highly organised

  • Professional

  • Ability to be flexible, multitask and prioritise as well as work well under pressure

  • A natural problem-solver who is happy to figure things out on their own

  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Word

  • Degree not necessary but preferred or equivalent experience

  • Social media & marketing experience

  • Can do attitude and self-sufficient
