Operations Administrator

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator for our client based in Finchampstead.


Role: Operations Administrator


Location: Finchampstead


Salary: £20k-£22k



Duties include but are not limited to:




  • Answer incoming calls

  • Liaise with clients via phone and email, including booking jobs and dealing with queries

  • Distribute documentation to clients

  • Process order paperwork

  • Maintain and update the planning software/schedule

  • Raise accurate invoices

  • Raise purchase orders for suppliers and sub-contractors

  • Process engineer reports and samples

  • Support Engineering and Sales teams

  • Ad hoc admin duties





The ideal candidate:




  • Excellent customer service skills, and a polite and professional attitude

  • A clear passion to learn and support the success of the business.

  • A clear willingness to work across multiple disciplines and tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills and desire to be a team player.

  • Ability to confidently work on your own initiative.

  • Clear attention to detail.
