JOB ROLE: Operations Administrator

LOCATION: London, West End


Our client is a company who work in partnership with financial advisers, wealth managers and family offices, based in the heart of the West end. Their aim is to create and deliver innovative investment solutions focusing on providing consistent, stable returns delivered through a defensive and transparent investment strategy. Our Client is looking for candidate with a can-do attitude to join and support their team, reflecting all the company's values, continuing their successful reputation.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Data Entry - Maintaining data within systems.

  • Report Generation and Distribution - Assisting with the creation and distribution of reports to clients

  • Client On boarding and Trade Entry - Processing new client applications and inputting trades into systems

  • Dealing and settlement - Processing dealing points for investments, in which shares are bought or sold on behalf of the clients, an assisting with cash settlement processes

  • Cash management - Processing payments in from clients and assisting with bank reconciliation processes

  • Enquiry Management - using the companies case management system, resolving client email enquiries according to the industry leading SLAs

  • Call handling - Assisting clients with their enquiries on the phone

  • Ad-hoc project's assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Able of working individually, using their own initiative as well as working closely with their manager.

  • Prioritise workload to successfully meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills, including great command of written and spoken English; the ability to write compelling copy for web, e-mail etc.

  • A keen eye for detail and excellent administrative skills.

  • Values the importance of team work and supporting others.

  • Confident and comfortable dealing with first hand customer service.

  • Experience within the financial industry (this is not essential) as well as office based experienced working within administration.

  • Someone who wants to learn and develop skills and knowledge over the years.
